Joep Hendrikx and Jos Nargy of the theatre group De Poezieboys found one another through their love of poetry and literature. Since 2016, they’ve been making shows that depict how poets (past and present) impact the world. The Impulse donation from Dioraphte supports De Poezieboys in developing themselves artistically in two new performances. It will also be used to strengthen the organisation in preparation for the four-year subsidy application to the Performing Arts Fund. You can find The Poezieboys at a number of theatres and festivals. They also produce a regular monthly poetry night in The Hague, which is usually sold out.
